Twin Towers Celebrates New Ruskin Commons Community Place

An East Dayton neighborhood is celebrating a new development along a busy road, which community leaders say is badly needed.
A project a decade in the making, Ruskin Commons has finally become a reality with Dayton Public Schools formally accepting a donation from the East Dayton Neighborhood Development Corporation.
The new multi-purpose space will expand the footprint of Ruskin Elementary School.
